I booked my appointment online with ease. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Tom who took all my information since I had moved to CT recently and had never been there before. He then showed me the waiting area and within 45 minutes, the oil was changed, tires rotated, and inspection was completed. The staff was courteous and helpful. Great job, I'll be returning.

We are asked when we needed the car to be done and they were able to accommodate our 3pm time that afternoon. Service was completed before 1pm.

We had an issue with our vehicle, called John V in service and he was able to get us in right away. John V is an excellent communicator he called explained what needed to be done and gave us the approximate cost. When picking up our vehicle John V again explained what was repaired. We worked with John at Parsons and followed him to Stephen’s and are very happy we did!

Thea was wonderful. She helped us get in right away, and kept in contact with us through out the day. She answered every question thoroughly, helped us to understand everything. We were more than pleased with everyone we spoke with in person and on the phone. We also got an estimate from the body shop with Thea's help and will schedule our next appointment. All this on a very busy day; we are impressed. We have been at Stephen's many times and have found all the staff to be professional, polite and helpful; never once have had any concerns or complaints.

At Stephen's auto service department they provide excellent service. Every time I need to bring my car for maintenance care they provide undivided attention to details and they definitely look out for what is best in the upkeep in car maintenance. Thea is always so nice and welcoming when I get there. She was in the middle of someone else but knew I was going to stay and wait so told me to just leave my keys. I didn't have to tell her where my truck was or what it looked like, because she remembered it. She made it a point to come to the waiting room and since I was on a work call, had me sign there instead of going to the counter. I had received 2 coupons in the mail and she made it a point to choose which one would save me the most. It's the little things like this, that make getting an oil change more pleasant. I recommend you to everyone.

Upheld to the warranty, fixed the problem, Even did a solid and made sure my vehicle was all good to go with an inspection (that was no charge). Only two things I found slightly disappointing, how long was my car ready to be picked up? I called to check in and was told that my car was all set, could have used a call. The portal also, seemed to not work for me until I had already picked up my car. Otherwise, lovely staff at the Bristol, CT location, friendly, and always ready to answer questions.
